Please allow at least 3 days for your blood results to come back after you have been in for your appointment. Once they have been reviewed, if they are normal, then the results will be filed and you will not be contacted. Please be assured that if a clinician looks at the bloods and thinks that these need to be discussed, then someone will be in touch with you.
We encourage all patients to access their medical records through either the NHS app or Airmid App. You can view your blood test results and comments through there as soon as they are reviewed by one of the team.
You can download the app through the Apple App store or the Google Play store.
Alternatively you can view your medical record on a web browser through SystmOnline. Please contact the practice if you wish to request a log in for this.
Please note, if a blood sample was taken for a hospital consultant, we do not routinely receive these results. If you wish to follow these up, please discuss these with the hospital team directly.
