Dr Dodington-Boyes joined Cliff House Medical Practice in March 2023, working Tuesdays and Thursdays. She qualified as a GP in 2020 and completed a postgraduate GP fellowship in leadership and education shortly after.

Dr Dodington-Boyes is also Training Programme Director for the Lincoln GP Training Scheme.

She has a keen interest in the recruitment and retention of GPs, having taken part in advertising campaigns locally to recruit doctors to Lincolnshire. She also created a podcast for GPs with Lincolnshire Local Medical Committee.

She enjoys walking her rescue dog Nala, reading and exploring Lincolnshire with her family.
