Dr Mark Protheroe – Cliff House Medical Practice

Dr Mark Protheroe, often known as Dr P, joined Cliff House having been a GP Partner at Nettleham Medical Practice for 25 years.

He relishes getting back to doing the more core GP work of seeing patients as this is what he has always enjoyed about General Practice.

One of the reasons for leaving full time Partnership is to have increased flexibility to travel to Africa where he and his wife, Dr Sue Protheroe, who also works at Cliff House, spend time giving health education teaching to local populations.

Dr P is normally at Burton Road on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.

He also works at the County Hospital one day a week as Medical Examiner.
