I started working here in May 2022 as a part time Receptionist alongside carrying out my undergraduate degree at the University of Lincoln in Biomedical Science. Having graduated in June 2023, I then moved to working full time as Dr Ansari’s GP Assistant, as I was keen to continue working in a patient centred role. This involves both clinical and non-clinical responsibilities including assisting in Dr Ansari’s clinic, phlebotomy, blood pressure, ECGs, flu vaccines, and then administrative and reception duties when required. I have been working for the NHS since I was 16 with previous employment at the Yorkshire Health Network and a GP practice in Harrogate. I thoroughly enjoy working with such a great team and assisting our lovely patients to provide quality patient care.
